There are no fees added to the donations. The shul will pay special non-profit processing fees and overhead costs.
Is my payment information secure?
Of course! All payment information is processed directly with Stripe, which is a world-class payment processing company. Your payment information is not stored or used by ShulPay.
Is there a difference between using the phone system at 1888ShulPay or the site?
Not really. The only difference is that when you donate using the site you can add dedications and memos.
How do I know that the money I donate is going to my shul and not to someone’s pocket?
We use Stripe processing which confirms that the shul’s legal name, address, and tax id number, and bank information all match.
